Annual Lot Owners Meeting

The annual Lot Owners meeting of the Utica Cemetery Association, Inc., (UCA)
dba Forest Hill Cemetery (FHC) of Utica, NY, will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at
4:00 PM at the Forest Hill Cemetery Office at 2201 Oneida Street, Utica, NY 13501 for
the purpose of electing Trustees with expiring terms, and the review of the Annual
Financial Report.
Verified Lot Owners at Forest Hill may attend and are entitled to one (1) vote per
Lot owned. Only Lot Owners who have paid-in-full for their Lot may vote at this
meeting.
Attendance by ZOOM for Lot Owners is available. FHC Lot Owners wishing to
attend in-person or by ZOOM must register by 3:00 PM Friday, June 13, 2025 by calling
the Forest Hill office at 315-735-2701 or by email to FHC1850@gmail.com Include the
name of the Lot Owner who is voting, the Lot Number owned at Forest Hill, your email
address, and your cell phone or home phone number.
