· Photo must be of the Cemetery during the month of JULY.

 

· One Picture per person.

 

· Picture must be 8” x 10” (Color, Black & White, 35 mm, Digital, etc)

 

· Name, Address, Phone No. and E-Mail Address must be on back of print

 

· Picture must be submitted to the Cemetery Office by July 31, 2009

 

· Winners will be announced at an informal reception at Childs Chapel on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 @ 6:30 pm.

 

· We will list the winners and all the photos on our website.

 

Forest Hill Cemetery reserves the right to keep all the pictures submitted.  Pictures may be used for future brochures, ads or other promotional events.  These pictures will be on display at the Cemetery Chapel and then kept at the Cemetery Office.
