Utica Cemetery Association is a private, not-for-profit organization. It is tax-exempt under Section 501 (c)(13) of the Internal Revenue Code, so contributions to the Utica Cemetery Association are deductible as charitable contributions on the donors income tax return. All contributions, large or small are welcome. The Cemetery has many on-going needs in terms of general maintenance, beautification, insurance, marker conservation and Chapel preservation.
